New Song "Not Judge Her Age"

I was walking through a cemetery in a New England town this fall. It's been a cemetery for centuries. There are graves from the 1700s as well as more recent ones, including that of my father. I was reading the names on the old tombstones and the name Faustina Delgado caught my attention. I started thinking of a song built around that name. I was working on the song when I was invited to contribute to this compilation. I chose a photo of a decaying tree trunk covered in multi-colored lichen. I hadn't thought of using my Faustina Delgado song for the compilation until the next week when I received the title for the song- "Not Judge Her Age". The photo of decay reminded me of the lichen on the tombstone. Combined with the name I was given for the track it fit perfectly, like it was meant to be.

Anandamaya Kosha is the Bliss Body in yogic tradition. It is the innermost self, the closest to the true Self. It is the bliss of dreamless sleep and of Samadhi, the final stage of meditation where the mind merges with the object of meditation.

"Bear Heaven" is the name of a favorite campground in West Virginia.
